Introductions and new friends were made at the hotel in Kamieskroon. The next day we were off to photograph in the remote village of Nourivier . On the subsequent day we photographed in a place called the secret waterfall where over many thousands of years the water polished and sculpted the rock into a spectacular wonderland of photographic fun. We spent a few days in the Namaqua National Park frolicking in the plethora of flowers. On another day we had fun with an old grave yard of cars long since their prime but beautiful with thier radiant color and shape. We spent a day going to the ocean and were treated along the way to a majestic overlook that made us turn around to make images there. (most of these are XPAN images and can be found here . Then off to Hondeklipbaai to photograph the breakers, a village and so much more! It was a trip that overloaded ones senses with excitment and joy. |
